This is a problem solving era for school funding deficiencies.  One of the means presented is the creation of Foundations and Booster Clubs.  Because there will be many people without experience creating and many other new people donating it will be important for the community to know the background and scope of the entire effort.  I encourage everyone organizing these groups to publicize their efforts.  I encourage those that want these efforts to succeed to get involved enough they are assured the organization is sound.
