Council first revealed their plan for an aquatic center in an agenda item published on Friday for a Monday meeting (Mar 14 2011). Tom McMasters saw the agenda item and asked council to allow the residents of Huber Heights the opportunity to comment on the project before council committed $700,000 to undertake the plan.
