03 - Steve Stanley tells us this only authorizes feasibility study - Mar2011

When city council revealed on Mar 14th 2011 to the residents of Huber Heights their plan for a recreational facility that would include an aquatic center, item G on the agenda was the authorization for council to spend $700,000 in order to get the project started. During the discussion of that agenda item Mr. Steve Stanley tells us that the council is only looking to start a feasibility study and tries to give the impression that the organizers are willing to take community input.
