I wanted to pass this on in case you get any inquiries.  This decision was necessary to make sure we can adequately address the road hazards.  There is no "hot" asphalt available right now and the only method available at this time is a loose cold patch.  Due to the location and condition of this area of the road, we feel it is a hazard.  Mike and crew are doing everything possible to get the situation remedied in the mean time.

 

We will make sure to communicate this in every way we can. The road is detoured to through traffic only and remains open to local traffic.

Due to hazardous road conditions Taylorsville Rd between State Route 201 and Bellefontaine Rd will be "Closed To Thru Traffic" indefinitely. Detour routes for this will be Chambersburg Rd and I-70. Due to the seasonal weather conditions we have limited resources to properly repair. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause. Please contact me with any concerns.
