In 2006, my wife and I chose a research and development position with the Air Force Research Lab (AFRL) at WPAFB as my last active duty assignment. We decided then that Huber Heights was our community of choice to raise our family and purchased a house on Sylmar Ct in which we reside. By the time I retired in Oct 2009, I had spent 26 years in the military. I am extremely grateful to the American Public for the trust that allowed me to; push troops as Drill Sergeant, deliver the US Commander to Somali as a C-141 navigator, teach at the Air Force Academy Prep school, Pilot an experimental UAV and conduct experiments as a research scientist. I chose to major in Secondary Education when I got my Masters degree and I’m licensed to teach mathematics. My undergraduate degree allows me to call myself a Physicist, and the FAA lets me call myself a commercial pilot. My wife and I have 5 kids, 4 of which are in the Huber Heights school system. The youngest just turned two. She’s the boss of course! |
