The agenda for Monday's (Feb 25, 2013) meeting is on the city's website . I've written up most of the background in the Administration Notes above. I disagree with the no-bid contract award process that they used to get the tri-party agreement for lawn maintenance. I also would have liked it if council would have discussed using this money to improve the soccer fields at Thomas Cloud instead of at the YMCA. Even if they disagree with me and believe the money is better spent at the "Recreation Center" I believe they should have at least gone on record that they at least gave it thought.
