I started looking through this list and found it difficult, at best, to find the exact same conditions that this city wants.  I asked for info from just those who built their amphitheater with these key components in mind.

If anyone wants to know my two cents on this subject, it is this; I'm personally not against the music center. I just think it would be more successful if it wasn't so close to all the homes, and yes, including mine. Let's face it, this is prime real estate and we need to build wisely. I'm not understanding $18mil for a music center that can only be utilized 5 months out of the year. It has the feel of say a…$6mil road to nowhere! With some of the same people that worked on that $6mil road to nowhere. That's like asking the guy that was in charge of the Challenger's O rings to be on your team. We have the potential to be a great community with great opportunities.  ;)
