What's up with this site?

Why is the format so bad!

Yes I know the layout of this site is not great. But I did not want to lose the content because it highlights the kind of information I believe belongs in a website monitoring city government. Unfortunately, when the site was originally built I used an old version of MS Publisher. MS no longer supports that version.

If you want historical references to how the aquatic center was debated (or not debated) in public or historical prospective of "the Heights", you can find it in this section of the this website. However, you will have to excuse the format of the presentation.
