Just a Reminder.......Some important dates are quickly approaching!!!!
This Wednesday, July 16th at midnight – Deadline to register and guarantee a t-shirt. Registration can still be done on-line after Wednesday but we can’t guarantee a t-shirt.
Wednesday, July 23rd at midnights – On-line registration closes
Event Day Saturday, July 26th – Registration will be accepted day of event but the price goes up $5.
For the first 200 registered Buffalo Wild Wings in Huber Heights has offered to sponsor a FREE lunch buffet at their location that will include traditional and healthy options (there is still plenty of room).
For one low price can get you a t-shirt, FREE lunch buffet AND most important the benefit of supporting a good cause that benefits kids and families in our community!

The Every Warrior Plays 5k is a Walk/Run that will start and end at the Stadium at Wayne High School. There is also a Kids Fun Run. You can register as an individual or as a team.
On-Line Pre-Registration prices are as follows:
Adult - $20
Student (17 and under) - $15
Fun Run (Age 9 and under) - $10

So my daughter is going out for cross country next year and has begun training. Looks like me, her and my 17 year son are going to try the Every Warrior Plays 5K next month. Right now I’m 30 lbs overweight. I ran a mile last week to see how likely it is I’ll finish. I'm thinking I'd better start at the end of the pack to make sure I don’t get run over.

7:30 am Registration tables open inside Wayne HS Stadium
9:00 am 5K Race/Walk begins inside Wayne HS Stadium
10:00 am Awards Ceremony and Fun Run
Details The Fun Run will begin immediately after the awards ceremony. Event is rain or shine; no refunds. Payment on day of race can be made via cash or check only. Join us immediately following the race for awards, refreshments, door prizes, massages & more.
Packets Race packets, chip timers and t-shirts may be picked up on race day at the registration tables inside Wayne HS Stadium beginning at 7:30am

Course 5K course on Wayne HS grounds & neighborhoods with one water stop
Rules Pets prohibited. Walkers, strollers and wheelchairs welcome. Obey all instructions from race and public safety officials. Chip timers MUST be returned at the finish line to prevent incurring a replacement fee.
