The City Manager just sent out a message concerning the committee meetings tonight:

"Due to the imminent weather coming into our area, the committee meetings originally scheduled for tonight, February 4th have been CANCELLED.  This includes the Public Works Committee and Administration Committee.
 
The most recent forecasts show areas of heavy snow between 5pm and 7pm which might create hazardous conditions for meeting attendees.  We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. ......."

The questions and results of the levy poll conducted by the city are available as an attachment to the Feb 4, 2014 Administration Committee agenda. 

Currently, the Administration meeting is scheduled for the City Council Conference room.  I would like to know how many people are committed to coming.  I would also like to know how many people would watch the presentation via live streaming video?   Finally, does anyone think they might watch a video recording of the presentation if it were posted on the city website?  Your posted replies will help determine if I should make a request to the Administration Committee Chairman to move the meeting to Council Chambers and pursue figuring out the logistics of having the video equipment turned on and operated Tuesday. 

The Public Works Committee meeting is scheduled for 5:00 pm just before the Admin.  The agenda shows an update on the status of the Thomas Cloud Concession Stand that will also include milestone dates.
